As a reporting issuer, Armtec Infrastructure Income Fund regularly files information reports with the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR), a service of the Canadian Securities Administrators and the Canadian Depository for Securities.
- Facilitates the electronic filing of securities information as required by the securities regulatory agencies in Canada;
- Allows for the public dissemination of Canadian securities information collected in the securities filing process; and,
- Provides electronic communication between electronic filers and the Canadian securities regulatory agencies.

Armtec's SEDAR filings include regular quarterly reports on the financial performance of the Fund to unitholders, as well as disclosure of material information of interest to the Fund's unitholders.
