¹ On December 15, 2004, the Fund announced that it declared a special, one-time distribution of $0.35 per unit to the unitholders of record on December 31, 2004. This distribution was paid on January 28, 2005 and was in addition to the normal monthly distribution of $0.10 for December. By declaring the special distribution, the Fund did not report any taxable income in 2004.
